DUKA's Deaflympics Training Camp 5-7th November 2004, Glasgow

We shall be using the wondering facilities of Kelvin Hall and Scotstoun Stadium which are situated in the heart of Glasgow.
The combined unbeatable facilities range from excellent international Indoor Athletics Track, Swimming, Tennis and Fitness Classes to 5-a-side Football, Badminton etc.
Athletes will be able to relax in the luxury Health Suite which has Steam Room, Sauna, Spa and Sanarium. The World class outdoor Track and Field facilities include a 400m Athletics track and with field events throwing areas.
This is the first time that the GB Deaf National Squad has held training session in Scotland. It is hoped that this will be the first of many training sessions in Scotland in the coming years.
This is in line with DUKA's development plans to recruit and train deaf athletes throughout the United Kingdom.
