DUKA Membership Application Form and Results Form
Any athlete who wishes to represent GB & N. Ireland Deaf Athletics Team (DUKA) must be a member of Deaf UK Athletics. Membership rate is now only £5.00. Membership is opened also to those who wish to become involved with DUKA as volunteers, supporters or in another capacity (please contact us). Deaf and non deaf people are welcome. If an organisation or individual wishes to make financial donation to DUKA, this is also welcomed. Please contact us

The Results Form gives you the opportunity to record officially your performances in any competition that you take part in. If you do not have any OFFICIAL proof of your competition result, we will NOT accept your verbal or sign language communication as proof of your performances. There must be some written results. This does not necessarily have to be in the DUKA Results Form, but it help to use it. Also if you break any Record, you must complete the appropriate World Record, European Record or British Record Form. They must be signed by authorized officials who witnessed the event.
